breathe deeply

Even in the middle of winter this place is able to take my breath away. And bring me peace all at the same time. It is a gift to live by the sea.

I had to turn around and pull over on the side of the road. I passed this spot, which I’ve always loved, and thought, ‘wow that light was pretty, boy the marsh looks gorgeous’, and I could imagine it with a bit of artsy filtering, and I knew I had to go back… It’s important to listen to that quiet voice inside of us, it usually knows what we need.
